3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any replacement request, you must provide:
A clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video
The video must start from opening the sealed package
The issue should be clearly visible in the video
4. Time Frame for Reporting Issues
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted
